Description of our apartment Alvensholz:
Our house is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a meadow and a small forest. The Great Lake Plön is just a few minutes' walk away.
The top floor, in which the apartment is located, has 3 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen with balcony (SW orientation), 1 bathroom and 1 small utility room.
The apartment was extensively renovated in early 2018 and offers smart home in the living room.
A large kettle grill (charcoal) is available on the balcony.
The bathing place in Godau (bathing jetty) invites you to swim. The water quality is checked regularly and is excellent.
The next shopping opportunities are in Dersau (campsite for small purchases and bread rolls), Ascheberg (Aldi, Edeka, baker, butcher), Plön (various) and Bornhöved (various).

Rundum schöne Unterkunft in der Natur

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, man schaut auf den See, Wiesen und Bäumen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang sehen, herrlich. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und modern, das Bett super bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nah am See

Die Wohnung liegt abgelegen mit viel schöner Gegend drum herum. Der See ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus/die Wohnung ist schön, aber sehr hellhörig.

Ruheinsel mitten in der Natur

Sehr ruhiger Aufenthalt in einer etwas abgelegenen Ecke mitten im Grünen. See und Badestelle liegen etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und angemessene Verbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr in Ascheberg, ca. 9 Kilometer entfernt. Man kommt nicht ganz ohne Auto aus. Der Ort eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, wenn die Gegend auch gelegentliche kurze Steigungen bereithält. Auch das Naturerleben spielt eine große Rolle, es gibt WIldtiere zu sehen und zu hören. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir Bunt- und Grünspechte beobachten. Da ein starkes Fernglas zur Ausstattung des Hauses gehört, schien das kein Einzelfall zu sein. Das Objekt ist sehr großzügig und war in unserem Fall mit drei Personen nicht annährend ausgefüllt. Es dauerte, bis man sich nicht mehr verlief... Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich. Alles eventuell benötigte fand sich. Die Küche ist funktionell und im Nebenraum fand sich ein zweiter Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei, der Zugang erfolgt über eine steile Innentreppe.

Ruhe pur

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, jedoch ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell zum Einkaufen und in der Plöner City. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es gibt vieles zu erkunden und der Plöner See ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich kann diese Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
