The apartment 1 is a modern and stylish furnished one-room apartment, which is perfect for a great holiday for two. The 30 square meter holiday unit is a beautiful combined living room / bedroom with pantry and daylight bathroom with shower. Equipped with a large double bed, flat screen TV, comfortable seating area and spacious wardrobe, the apartment leaves nothing to be desired.

A parking space, as well as a bicycle storage room is available to you inclusive.

Eine niedliche kleine Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und ausreichend zum schlafen. Super Lage im Zentrum und zum Strand keine 5 minuten zu Fuß, und ein Parkplatz auf dem Hof (aber nur für normale PKW geeignet, durchfahrt sehr sehr eng.) Für einen längeren Aufendhalt, wenn man sich selber versorgen möchte eher ungünstig.(Küchenzeile sehr klein und keine Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen oder der gleichen, lediglich eine Kochplatte über Strom.) Also nicht geeignet zum Kochen und warm machen kann man auch nichts vor Ort. (Ein wenig umständlich leider, das man sich die Schlüssel einen Ort weiter aus dem Büro holen muss, kein Schlüsseltresor vor Ort.)

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich zentral und bietet einen tollen Blick in Richtung der Reha-Klinik. Der Strand ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen – perfekt, um spontan am Meer spazieren zu gehen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat mich positiv überrascht. Die kleine Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht – von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Wasserkocher. Sogar eine Campingkochplatte gibt es, falls man mal etwas selber kochen möchte. Besonders praktisch ist, dass der Bäcker direkt um die Ecke ist, sodass man immer frische Brötchen für das Frühstück bekommt. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, sodass man bequem die Umgebung erkunden kann. Ein Tipp: Der Parkplatz befindet sich im Hinterhof, der ziemlich schmal ist. Hier sollte man wirklich vorsichtig fahren. Den Zimmerschlüssel holt man im Büro in Bansin ab und gibt ihn dort auch wieder ab. Die Bezahlung der Kurtaxe und des Zimmers kann direkt im Büro oder bequem über das Internet erfolgen – beides sehr unkompliziert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und Drogerien gibt es in Ahlbeck, Bansin oder auch in Polen – alles gut zu erreichen. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen und hoffe, ihr habt ebenso einen schönen Aufenthalt!
