Our unit features a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, private bath with a walk-in shower and a large closet

The second bedroom has a full size bed a large closet with storage.

Third (laundry room) has bunk beds, the washer/dryer and storage closet.

This was the perfect place for our family. Everything was as expected and matched the listing. The property is well taken care of and the location is very convenient. The concierge was attentive and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for a family.

Beautiful and well-kept condo property

Faro de Mita is a perfect location from which to explore Punta de Mita. The condo itself is very well equipped. The Concierge was responsive, helpful and a delight. The property is beautiful. Highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to Punta de Mita.

Great location and pool. We enjoyed our stay. Photos of condo don’t show a main wall fitted up with rack for owner’s surfboards / board bags. If you don’t surf, you might not like having the gear take center stage in the condo.

Family traveling with baby

We had a great stay at faro de mita! Very helpful and communicative concierge. The grounds and pool were beautiful and well kept. The location is great, at the end of the main strip in punta de mita with restaurants and shops. Private beach access and a wonderful view! The only thing to note is that we were traveling with a 15 month old and this condo was not totally little kid friendly. Some breakable stuff at a low level and three sets of two stairs. I was specifically looking for places with no stairs because I knew it would be hard with the baby. In the end, we moved some breakable things out of reach and blocked off two of the sets of stairs and all was well. Not a problem, just more of an FYI for parents traveling with young kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

A place to breathe.

What a stunning property. The grounds are pristine. The pool is crystal clear and clean (my hubby owns a pool business and it very particular and he was very impressed) it feels soooo safe and you can walk to many beautiful restaurants which is always important to us. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious and decorated so lovely. Lots of towels for beach and pool. We were thrilled. For lower budget travellers, the area is very high end. We found the restaurants very expensive but they were honestly great. My feedback on the condo itself, is that the 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds has the washer abd dryer in it. So its very cramped. I would also suggest putting the cleaning supplies elsewhere. It made the room feel more like a storage room than a bedroom - very hard to convince my teenager that his room was just as good as the other giant bedroom. But that was minor and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Great trip at a very nice condo with some unresolved issues at the facility.

The condo is nice, feels safe, and is in a good location, with quick access to a private beach and town. Nice beds, stocked kitchen, etc. There are great restaurants and the pool is impeccably kept. The people at the concierge service are friendly and try to be helpful. All of that was truly enjoyable. Our stay was made difficult by several hiccups at the condo that took too much time from our trip, and in some cases were never resolved. The power went out in half the unit including the kitchen, front room, AC and internet. This meant a warm and somewhat sleepness night and too much time managing this issue with maintenance. The AC was eventually fixed and good for the rest of the trip. We also did not have hot water for the majority of our stay. The maintenance team tried to fixit, but later that afternoon we were back to cool showers and just dealt with it. The toilet in the master bath was not working and would not flush. This also was looked at by maintenance team but was never fully fixed. The toilet would make a high-pitched squealing noise, sometimes in the middle of the night. Lastly, there was supposed to be a cleaning service that came every two days but they never came at all. We still had a nice trip and were compensated one night's stay for the troubles by the owner. Very thoughtful and appreciated, but not equivalent to the issues we had to deal with.

Perfect Place to Stay

This unit is very nice! Clean, comfortable, cute with amazing views, everything you need!! Location is everything and you can walk right down to the beach. I would LOVE to stay here again in the future and plan to if its possible. Excellent communication with JJ and Abraham and the host! Thank you !!

Summer Week Long Getaway

Property as advertised. Location is excellent to access the small town of Punta Mita, the restaurants, and beaches. Some additional touch up cleaning was required, but taken care of promptly by the attentive staff.

Faro is among the best
