Welcome to our First-Floor Spacious Apartment in Murray Hill/East Flushing, Queens. Offering a family-friendly environment with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Complete with access to a gated outdoor kitchen patio with a BBQ grill, pizza oven, and outdoor dining. The building also features a 1500sqft Rooftop Terrace. It is ideal for 3-4 people and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

- The master bedroom is spacious and includes a luxury king-size memory foam bed, a wardrobe, study table, a chair, and a 50" TV. Upon request, a twin trundle bed can be provided. It has an adjoining bathroom with a rainfall spa shower system and a smart bidet toilet.
- The second bedroom features a luxury memory foam double bed, a wardrobe, a study table with a chair.
- The third bedroom can serve as a family room, with a comfortable memory foam queen-size sofa bed that has a memory foam mattress topper, a 55" TV.
- The second and third bedroom share an adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a smart bidet toilet.
