INSELLOFT Juist - NEW 2018: timeless, maritime, high quality - simply beautiful!

Our new island loft is unique on Juist. In the former workshop we have lovingly furnished an exclusive holiday apartment with a ceiling height of 3.50 meters in the living room and extremely high-quality furnishings for you. Initial occupancy is possible from mid-May 2018.

In autumn / winter 2018, this apartment will receive a log sauna in the garden shed for sole use! From then on, the gas fireplace (workshop stove) can also be used. This makes this apartment an absolute highlight even in winter. Pure relaxation!

"Workshop Kitchen"
The outside wall clinkered from the inside shapes the image of the impressively high kitchen living space in our new island loft. The purist, modern, handle-free, light gray kitchen unit creates an exciting contrast to the rustic wall design. The kitchen is of course equipped with all modern electrical appliances that make cooking on vacation as pleasant as possible. A large fridge with ice compartment, 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, convection oven - everything is ready for use.
The huge dining table (220 x 100 cm) with its solid oak top also shapes the loft style. Super comfortable real leather upholstered chairs and a matching bench invite you to long evenings and extensive meals or games. The cool real leather and the filigree black metal runners of the seating furniture, the solid black metal base of the table form a striking contrast to the warm wood of the table. The floor design is also characterized by such a contrast. Real wood sign parquet in floorboard look is next to stoneware tiles in concrete look - modern, healthy and timelessly beautiful!
The real leather sofa with 3 comfortable footstools can also be used as a relaxation zone - with a clear view of the Smart TV or, from winter, also of the gas fireplace. Two stairs lead from the loft living room to one bedroom with its own shower room.
The concrete staircase and the handrail on the street side have been preserved from workshop times and have become a real eye-catcher thanks to the restoration with solid wooden steps. Every detail of this apartment was discussed for a long time because we wanted to preserve as much as possible in order to create an authentic, livable and lovable living space. We think this has been successful and we hope that as many vacationers as possible can recharge their batteries for their everyday life in this beautiful environment!

The first bedroom can be reached via a small hallway. From this hallway there is a door to the first shower room. The wardrobe for this room is also in the hallway. The bedroom is equipped with two 90x200 cm beech solid wood beds (white). These can also be pushed together to form a double bed. Bedside tables and stools made of natural rattan support the natural and trendy maritime loft look thanks to the wall design. For the kids, the moving control wheel will be the highlight of this bedroom - or maybe the smart TV on the wall?!?!?!

The second bedroom has a double bed 200x200 cm and a large wardrobe. The view from the bed is either through the window on our beautiful oak tree or on the Smart TV TV on the wall. Book boxes, bedside tables and maritime decorations complete the airy, bright picture of this bedroom. The connected shower room has a window. All bedrooms are protected from darkness and daylight by blackout pleated blinds.

"Chill lounge" in front of and behind the house
Protected from the wind by a solid wooden wall and the preserved workshop garden house, there is a large garden table with wonderfully comfortable polyrattan chairs behind the house facing south. Foot stools and two armchairs adjustable in the back in a lying position invite you to relax in the absolutely healthy North Sea air. When the sun illuminates the entrance of the island loft in the mornings and evenings, a garden bench and bar benches are also available for a sociable "street tour".
