Great location. Clean and well taken care of property. Tip - if you are coming in on 119 south get off at the Chattaroy exit faster than what GPS tells you.
Very clean place. Everything is there you would need to stay there but food and drinks. Terry also called to see if we made it home safe.will definitely stay here again.
Extremely Clean and all the amenities you need. Very easy parking with trailer. Offered a hose to rinse our side by side after riding. Very cozy and would highly recommend. Terry is a great host and communication was superb.
After walking in, first impression was, this is clean. Comfortable and convenient. Close to Hatfield and Mccoy trailhead and not far from restaurants and grocery stores.
Only thing, the shower could use a safty rail to get in and out. All and all a good stay
The property was super clean. Terry and Carla met us the first day and remained available as needed. We had plenty of everything. The place is super comfortable with tvs in every room, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty space for all to relax in the living room area.
Nice fire pit outside with plenty wood to burn was also a nice touch although it was a little cold so we didn’t use any of it.
I warmly recommend this place for a group of 2 to 4 and the location to access the Buffalo mountain area is unbeatable.
Terry was amazing throughout the whole process starting with booking and ending after we vacated the property to be sure everything was satisfactory. The property was true to its pictures and very clean. The only thing I would change about the property is the parking. It was great for parking the buggies but tight with the large truck and huge trailer. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation and we would return if the opportunity were to ever present itself. But truly- Terry is what made the experience very special. Thank you Terry!
Place was clean and nice. They had plenty of towels and huge bathtub! There was plenty of extra bedding if needed! Close to trailheads! Communicated great and provided everything we needed!
Don't hesitate, just book it! Property was great, neighbor was great, location was perfect! From the pull through driveway to the .25 mile trip to either trail 11 or 12, this property is a hit! Inside has been updated nicely, very clean and beds were comfortable. Bring charcoal because the park style grill is great. Fire pit and provided firewood are an added bonus even though we were too tired to use them! Did I mention great location? In one day, we were able to start at the Buffalo trailhead, rode to Devil Anse and then on to Rockhouse (126 mile round trip on 2 quads and a KTM dirtbike!). If you want to do some "Iron Butt" riding, this is the perfect place. Communication with Carla and Terry was top notch. We are already trying to plan our next stay. Thanks for everything!
The place was extremely clean! They have everything you need from kitchen cook ware to bath towels and wash cloths! The house stayed cool and was very comfortable! The owners are extremely nice and helpful! Definitely recommend this place!
Place was great, host was very caring about any needs we had. Treated us very well. The parking was great, we pulled a 30ft trailer and had plenty of room for parking and loading and unloading our utv's. Overall very pleased with the accommodations and had a great stay.
We stayed here for 3 nights recently and the location was terrific - not too far from the trail heads but still quiet and with an awesome view of the night sky. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the trailer was warm during the near freezing overnight temps. Definitely recommend if you are in the area for the Hatfield-McCoy trails.
The property was just as described and the owner was very nice and very communicative. The trails are just down the road and town is 10-13 minutes away.
Great location. Everything was better than expected. Tons of towels and shower items. Kitchen was fully stocked. Easy check in. Close to Buffalo trail head as described. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended
We truly enjoyed our stay here. We came to ride the trails and wanted all the comforts of home to come back to at the end of the day. This was it. It’s super clean, the beds were so very comfortable, the back porch was nice to have my coffee on and watch the sun rise! They had all the cookware, dinnerware and even towels for the bathroom were stocked to the fullest. Which we used a lot when we got off the trails. The yard is well kept and they had firewood for the fire pit out back. The neighbor was the Uncle you didn’t know you needed in your life. He was so helpful and very kind. We definitely would stay here again. I noticed some other reviews stated about a handle in the bathtub and they got one installed now. The owners definitely show you true southern hospitality.
