The property was unclean,no clean linen,backyard trashed,toys nasty

property owners need to train cleaning crew how to clean properly,check before new client. Dirty linen,bloody stains in linen closet with the clean. No clean towels or toilet paper,no use of the microwave in big kitchen, it was boarded up. no drinking cup. bed linen/comforters never changed still soiled. check in time ended up being @7pm because we had to wait for unprofessional cleaning crew to do some cleaning and go buy 4 individual rolls of toilet paper. Only one roll of paper towels in both houses.We were unable to use the back house because we had to wash all linens ourselves. DO NOT ALLOW W/O VERIFYING CLEANING RULES IN PLACE. I WILL NOT USE AGAIN. WE HA A HARD TIME GETTING TO TALK TO OWNERS. THE ONLY TEXTED. I PAID A LOT OF CLEANING/SERVICE FEES FOR NOTHING.Backyard grass not cut or cleaned. Large old used toys in yard, trash cans almost full and in the middle of the SMALL YARD. Seating area needed sweeping. The owners had attitudes but I have pictures if you want to see them. They gave me $200 refund but we had to do a lot of the cleaning because we were from out of town and having an event. 3 of my guest went to a hotel for the 2 days. Please make them aware of this rating.

The house is a hidden gem and elegantly designed!

My name is VJ Smith, I booked this property for my birthday. Very impressed and caught off guard how much bigger the home was in comparison to the pics online. The house is extremely nice inside and very spacious along with what I called a super hero’s bathroom in one of the biggest rooms. Gorgeous inside and well designed with a modern, very cozy, clean, and elegant decor inside. Outside was great as well! There is a pergola as with yard space to relax. It was a fortunate mix up on the website in terms of booking policy as I had used the outdoor area for a game day with friends for my birthday. Although the listing wasn’t designed for an event, the property owners were extremely kind and understanding of the mishap and made everything seem better than I had anticipated. My friends and I had a lot of fun hanging in the backyard nonetheless and enjoyed the entire afternoon/evening. I can’t thank the property owner and Jas enough for taking the time to stop by to help out on demand for our needs as well as the positive attitude, respect and comfort they provided in doing so. It is just minutes from some of the best urban food locations the city has to offer. Also close to midtown/downtown in case you want to hang out on the town for day and night time fun! I would recommend anyone who’s looking to be near UH or the downtown area to book this home as a nice place to enjoy the University, the downtown area, or simply relax!
