The apartment is located very quiet on the edge of the forest, 50 m from the hiking trails as well as the ski slope with ski lift and the beginning of the trails. The village center with shops, restaurants, spa park and ice rink can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

Netter Gastgeber / Wohnung ist in Ordnung

Wir waren über ein Wochenende da. Die Wohnung ist in einer zentralen Lage und es sind viele Restaurants oder Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Allerdings war die Sauberkeit im Bad und auf den Matratzen insgesamt ungenügend. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft mit Mängeln

Die Unterkunft ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und konnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Bad ist wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben, sehr klein und wohl noch aus der Bauzeit. Zum Gluck konnte man die Duschen im Schwimmbad nutzen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Alle Bewohner mussten quasi an der Eingangstur zur Wohnung vorbei und hinterließen eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Die offen verlegten Heizungsrohre an der Decke entwickelten eine sehr große Wärme. So konnten die Heizkorper auch im Winter abgedreht bleiben. Die Lage des Objektes ist super, Parkplatz vorhanden. Für eine Kleinfamilie Ist das Objekt trotz des Alters geeignet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung liebevoll und ausreichend. Es fehlte an nix. Aufgrund des Alters der Immobilie nicht unbedingt mehr als 3***

Perfekt, gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und es fehlte nichts. Besonders das Schwimmbad war nach langen Wanderungen herrlich und dadurch machte es auch nichts aus, dass das Bad in der Wohnung etwas klein war.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, netter Vermieter! Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist leider sehr klein, für einen Kurzurlaub aber ausreichend:-)
