In the famous resort of Malinska, on the island of Krk, very quiet and yet close to all tourist attractions, is this new modern villa.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (two double and one twin), 3 bathrooms, sofa bed in the living room and offers accommodation for a total of 8 people.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave).
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where the bedrooms and bathrooms are. In the courtyard of the villa there is a terrace with seating, barbecue and swimming pool where you can spend time with your family and friends.
On the roof of the villa is a large terrace that offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area.
The nearest restaurant and the nearest shop are just 100 meters from the villa. The nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as it is just 400 meters away.
This modern villa is the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, crystal clear sea, long walks, good restaurants and tourist attractions.
The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will draw your attention to all locations for just 5-15 minutes by car. Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. Town Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan Monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and cave Biserujka. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a trip with fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or ride children with a submarine (the city of Krk) ,
