Recently built & modern townhome in a fantastic location, Amazon, UW, Zoo & Rose garden.... all within 10 mins! It’s a piece of Seattle that doesn’t feel crowded. But at the same time, it has everything you need, from great restaurants to one of the most unique urban parks!
The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 959 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps along the walkway to entrance.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, bathroom & laundry area, heating only but comfortable w/o A/C in summer
• Second Floor: Living room with Smart TV (Netflix provided) and queen sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, A/C
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath, A/C
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop deck with outdoor furniture

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• There is no dedicated parking for this home but street parking is free and generally available in this part of town.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
