The cobble stone streets and meandering boardwalks of the Rosemary Beach community offers 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, boutique shopping and optional fitness/tennis center.

Experience the vacation of a lifetime at Rosemary Beach. Architecturally beautiful and lively, Rosemary Beach, the design style that places everything within a short walk of town center with pristine beaches, a bustling town square, and award-winning restaurants.This is a family oriented community, with cobblestone roads, nestled up to Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach. Rosemary is just a short drive to Seaside, Grayton state park and Panama City Beach Airport. The award winning quartz sandy beaches of the emerald coast are second to none. Rosemary offers three pools, one indoor pool, tennis, and fitness. The Donna Marie is located on the north side of 30a. It has the perfect location, being close to pools, shops and only a 5 minute to the beach.
The first floor is open and spacious. The dining area has a large table, seating 8 guests, with additional eating at the counter.The kitchen is fully equipped, along with stainless appliances including a Wolf range. The living area has roomy sofas and armchairs for everyone to gather in comfort. There is a bedroom with a king bed, which has its own private bathroom, vanity with shower. A separate powder room and a laundry room completes this level.
The second floor has the grand master, with king bed, sleeper sofa and a spacious bathroom. You have private access to the deck from this room. This floor has a 2nd master with a full bath. Also, a bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. All rooms have access to the deck. All beds are comfortable including the sleeper sofa that has a gel mattress for a good night of sleep.
Finally on the third level we have a bunk bed room loft with 2 sets of bunk beds. A full bathroom. And a bunkbed room with two additional sets of bunk beds.

Starting May 28 we will only take Saturday-Saturday bookings until the end of season (mid August).

Great experience!

Had a great experience at this house this weekend, very walkable, good for a group given the layout and bedrooms. Highly recommend! One thing worth noting is that you do need to bring your own toiletries for the showers.

Great house for mutiple families

We had a great time. Stayed with a couple families with kids. House was awesome. Second fridge was GREAT! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Only complaints were we wished there was more toilet paper and dish soap, but those are minimal. Overall it was a great trip! Thank You!

Beach Wedding

Came to Rosemary with my husband and almost grown children, husbands siblings and their children…. The kids are legal adults…we had a blast! The bikes were a great assist. House was so nice! enough beds for the parents and those kids!!! Quick walk to beach and town center! Would love to come Back!!!

Family Christmas

Perfect home for a week with three generations age 14 to 87. Plenty of space and very well equipped kitchen. Lovely walking to shops, coffee, and beach. Host responds immediately.

After many years and many small businesses I am winding down my career by helping my son and son-in-law carry our business forward. With thirteen grandkids most of my free time is spent attending football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, basketball, recitals, plays, and the like. It’s not uncommon for me to leave one at half time to speed across town to the next. I am spending more of my time with my golf buddies or traveling to see family back in Alabama and Tennessee. I exercise so I can eat good food. I play golf so I can enjoy the outdoors. God has blessed me and I enjoy blessing others.

Why they chose this property

Big beach houses are for big families and that’s why I bought it! My wife (the house namesake) and I raised our three children in the Deep South just a few short hours from Rosemary. As our children began to get married and have kids we were determined to keep everyone close by. That lead us to relocate to Central Texas where we founded a small business and helped to raise our thirteen grandkids. Regardless, we never forgot our roots. At least once a year we would make the trek back to the white sandy beaches of 30A. We always assumed we would get tired of the same old restaurants, shops, and beaches. But that never happened. Instead, our affection for this area only grew. We knew that buying a house in Rosemary would ensure more time with our family for many years to come. We hope more families will take advantage of this special place, making memories together.
