Even Vienna's largest shopping street 'Mariahilfer Strasse' and the famous 'Museum district', the Imperial Palace 'Hofburg', and many more tourist attractions are within walking distance too.
Very convenient - no public transportation necessary (most sights in easy walking distance)!

You´ll be living direct beside the famous multicultural 'Vienna Naschmarkt' - a really fascinating very large open market. You find there numerous excellent restaurants, relaxed coffee shops and cosy bars, all within a lively pedestrian zone. Every Saturday an additional large flea market takes place.

From the neighboring central underground junction Karlsplatz you can take the subway quickly and directly to many interesting destinations, for example: the 'Schloss Schönbrunn', the amusement park 'Wiener Prater', the UNO-City complex , the unique leisure area 'Danube Island'...

comfortable apartment very close to the center

The appartment description on the site is the most accurate. It is very clean, comfortable and warm, which is important for the winter months. It is really very conveniently located. The owner provides all the required information. The only small drawback is a weak WiFi signal and an unstable connection in the evenings.

Great location - near Karlsplat metro

You can walk or take public transit to the Opera House and museums from this cosy apartment. It is close to restaurants and shopping in the Natchmarket and pedestrian mall. We also found Japanese, mid-east food and an Irish pub nearby with local prices. Clothing washer is in the basement, but very accessible. This basic unit was well stocked with small extras (Drying rack, corkscrew, hair dryer) and owners were helpful in showing us how things worked. Felt safe walking around this neighborhood after dark.

Stop looking and book this wonderful home away from home

What a fabulous stay, the apartment was beautiful, clean and quiet. Perfect location direct in the Center, beside a huge market (Naschmarkt) and just few minute walk to St. Stephens and other sights, very convenient. You definitely don't need a car – Viennas subway/train/bus system is fantastic. Grocery store is just across the street and if you prefer eating out, then plenty of restaurants nearby which looked great. Cecilia and Walfred were also very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out late because of our flight times which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Vienna.
