Pleasant air-conditioned apartment of 66 m² and its 40 m² terrace offering you a magnificent panoramic view of the countryside. If the weather permits, you will even see the Pyrenees.
Located on the 1st floor of a small old building on the southern ramparts of Lectoure. You will be housed both in a quiet area and very close to the city centre. You will have access to many amenities and activities on foot.
The main room is very bright with a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a living room with sofa bed and two glass doors that open onto the terrace.
A double bedroom that also opens onto the terrace with a 140 X 200 bed and another 160 X 200, two dressing rooms. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The rental is equipped with: Wifi, Fridge/freezer, Oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, Iron, Coffee maker, crockery, Television.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is non-smoking inside.
