Der angepriesene herrliche Ausblick ist nicht mehr vorhanden, unmittelbar vor den Balkon steht ein großer Baum der einen komplett die Aussicht versperrt. Dadurch ist es in der Wohnung auch sehr dunkel da kaum Lichteinfall vorhanden ist. Das Anwesen liegt in unmittelbarer nähe zu vielbefahrener B20.
