Die Ferienwohnung mit freiem Blick auf das Kaisergebirge liegt inmitten einer Wiesenlandschaft zwischen Kiefersfelden und dem Ortsteil Mühlbach, in Nähe des Wasserskiliftes am Hödenauersee. Diesen kann man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen. Kinderfreundlich! Zum Ortszentrum Kiefersfelden sowie zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe) sind es ca. 2,5 km. Wenn Sie ruhigen und idyllischen Urlaub suchen, weitab von der Hektik des Alltags, sind Sie hier völlig richtig!

Ländlich, Natur, Traumhafte Lange!!!
Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Vermieterin Frau Wechselberger hat für alles gesorgt, dass wir uns bei ihr im Haus wohlfühlen können und so war es auch. Es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den "zarmen und wilder Kaiser" war für uns Nordlichter einfach nur schön anzusehen.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung echt nur weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon drauf, wieder dort Urlaub machen zu dürfen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung (im 1. Stock) eines freistehenden Bauernhauses mit tollem Blick auf die Berge.
Das klassische Bauernhaus (mit knalligen Geranien in den Blumenkästen am Balkon) steht frei auf den Wiesen zwischen Oberaudorf und Kiefersfelden.. Man hat deshalb einen super Blick auf die Berge. Und die Landstraße zwischen den Orten. Die Nachts durch die Fahrgeräusche etwas nervte. Aber nur bei geöffnetem Fenster. Dusche und Toilette befinden sich in getrennten kleinen Räumen. Vom Flur geht's direkt ins Wohnzimmer und auf den Balkon. Auf der rechten Seite des gleichen Raumes sind Küchenzeile und Eßtisch zu finden - praktisch. Links sind dann zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer. Ein Stockbett für die Kinder und ein Doppelbett für die Eltern. Über den Balkon kommt man auch ins Wohnzimmer (witzig). In der Ferienwohnung und auf dem Flur davor liegen jede Menge Prospekte und Zeitschriften aus. Hilft bei der Reiseplanung und bei Langeweile. Tipps vom Vermieterehepaar gibt es gratis dazu. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus gehört zur Wohnung. Alles war sauber und funktionierte. In der Küche befand sich alles nötige. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbst gekochte Marmelade und Apfelsaft. Wir waren echt positiv überrascht. Die spontane Buchung war ein Glücksgriff. Der Preis absolut angemessen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und wünschen Cäcilia und Reinhard Wechselberger alles Gute.
