Unser Haus befindet sich inmitten des ruhigen und idyllischen Stadtteils Marzoll. Ein Bäcker ist ca. 150m vom Haus entfernt, desweiteren befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle direkt neben der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist im Besitz einer großen Spiele- und Büchersammlung. Marzoll verfügt über ein wundervolles Schloss, mit alter, prachtvoll ausgestatteter Kirche. Auch das Naturschutzgebiet ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Sommer lädt das nahegelegene Freibad zum Baden ein, auch der Sport darf an dieser Stelle nicht zu kurz kommen: Ein Tennisplatz sowie ein Golf- und Spielplatz liegen nur knappe 10 Minuten des Hauses entfenrt. Zum Wandern und Radfahren ist der Ort dank den gut ausgebauten Wegnetzes bestens geeignet !
