Gästehaus direkt am See, eigener Badestrand mit Steg, große Freizeit- und Liegewiese, Fahrradgarage, PKW-Stellplätze am Haus. Alle Appartements im ersten Stockwerk - jedes mit eigenem Balkon. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Gasthof im Ort. Keine Haustiere. Rauchen ist in unseren Wohneinheiten nicht erlaubt.
Das Appartement verfügt über einen Wohn-Schlafraum, eine Kochnische, eine Dusche, ein WC und einen zum Appartement dazugehöriger Balkon zur Seeseite mit Sonne bis ca. Mittag. Der Zugang zum Balkon erfolgt über den Hausflur. Das Appartement ist ein Nichtraucher-Appartement.

Wunderbarer Urlaub für zwei

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Sie liegt direkt am Fahrrad und ist sehr sauber. Privater Steg am Chiemsee, wo man jederzeit schwimmen gehen konnte. Die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Hauswirte waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden
