There's nothing like a fun trip to Davenport for some family fun. Less than 15 miles from Walt Disney World and close to all your favorite theme parks, this dog-friendly five-bedroom townhome is the perfect place to gear up for some great activities. Inside, you'll find two levels of comfort and convenience. The main level boasts a bright interior dressed in comfortable furniture, cool tile floors, an open concept that includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and lots of personal touches throughout. After a fun day of theme park adventure, come home to spread out in the living room to catch your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. You'll also find sliding door access to the furnished, covered patio where a private gas grill and table/chair set await, ready to help you grill up some delicious food for a delightful summer barbecue while the kids splash around in the private pool. The full kitchen features a center prep island, ample cabinet storage, and all the stainless steel appliances the group chef will need to prepare mouth-watering meals for everyone to enjoy at the glass-top dining table with seating for six. The kids will have their pick of three themed bedrooms, each of the five well-appointed bedrooms includes its own flatscreen TV, and three of the rooms include en-suite baths. And don't forget: this home welcomes dogs, so every member of the family can join in on the fun!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
