Our town house is a spacious 5 bed and 4full bath house with private swimming pool. Paradise palms resort is very popular gated community situated in the Kissimmee. The resort offers many amenities such as large community pool, 2 hot tubs, tikki bar, free movie theater, gym, arcade, play area and sports courts. We are just 10 minutes away from Disney parks.

Terrible Communication Skills

Unfortunately our family was not able to stay at the property. Upon our arrival, and after contacting VRBO directly, we were told the the "booking" was only a request even though I received an itinerary number and confirmation. I tried to reach the property manager to resolve the miscommunication but was met with a disconnected message. I was told that I would receive a refund for the service fee, but only after the property manager cancelled my reservation request. I AM STILL WAITING ON THAT SERVICE REFUND!!! Not to mention my family was left scrambling for a place to stay.
