You will love the spectacular views from this luxury one bedroom, tenth floor, oceanfront condominium which overlooks Maui's beautiful Kaanapali Beach.
It is located in the "Lanai building" at the highly rated Mahana at Kaanapali Resort.
With our unobstructed views, we fondly refer to our unit as “Aloha Kai Nani”, or “love the beautiful sea”.

We are located on Kaanapali Beach, which was rated the #1 beach in the US and #4 in the world in the 2024 Travels Choice Awards on Trip Advisor! Also it’s was #1 in the 2023 USA Today Readers Choice. You can't beat the location.

The large lanai overlooks the ocean and is perfect for whale watching and enjoying the spectacular sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. Often you can see turtles bobbing in the waves from the lanai and front windows.

Mahana 1014 has been remodeled. Highlights include a new gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, as well as a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The comfortable king size bed will leave you relaxed to enjoy your vacation in paradise.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet sunset dinner, along with all the table settings and linens. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Step out of the condo and enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk for miles along the beautiful sandy beach. There are two Tommy Bahama beach chairs with a matching umbrella for your use during your stay.

The quiet surroundings at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer uncommon privacy, yet we are very close to the activity of the Kaanapali Resort area. Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, as well as shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. There are two barbecue areas for your use, one by the pool and one in a garden setting.

Take a short walk up the beach to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

Groceries, equipment rentals, food trucks, souvenirs, etc. are only a five-minute walk away.

You can get easily get by without a rental car with shopping and restaurants so close by, and you are on one of the best beaches on the island. Just take a shuttle from the airport if you decide not to rent a car.

If you do rent a car, Parking for one vehicle is included in your rental. There are NO additional resort fees.

This condo is best suited for two people. If you have more people, or you need another condo for extended family, please ask.

Incredible views, away from crowds

We loved our stay! The views are breathtaking, we felt like we were on our own little private beach, and the condo had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We saw turtles everyday and loved sitting on the lanai/patio and looking at the ocean.

October anniversary stay

This condo was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We saw turtles everyday which was the highlight of the trip. Condo was spotless and we had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

Maui Dream Vacation

My husband and I traveled to Maui for my 30th birthday and had the best trip imaginable. This beautiful property was a huge part of making our stay incredible. The unit is clean, comfortable, cozy, and has the most fantastic view of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. Everything about getting to and from the property is a breeze, and Sandy is so communicative. She even helped us get a replacement hairdryer during our stay! Thank you for everything!

The most beautiful place to stay

We were so lucky to see so many whales and turtles everyday from the lanai. There was even a Monk Seal on the beach just in front of the property one afternoon. We watched the sunsets every night from the lanai and they were perfect. Lots of amazing snorkelling within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and quiet. The owners were helpful and kind with any questions we had. We loved this property!

The condo did not fall short of what is listed! We had a spectacular view and plenty of room for 2. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host Sandy was very communicative and very accommodating, as so was the owner. Our trip was very relaxing and our stay was nothing but amazing.

Great view

We enjoyed our stay and loved watching the whales from the balcony with our morning coffee. We got in late and had some difficulty finding the right property in the evening, but once there everything was well explained.

Dream Vacation

My wife and I had an amazing time in Lahaina, and much prefer this gorgeous Condo to any resort. Hands down this is the way to stay, especially when you want to truly see the island. Breathtaking views, close to many stores and restaurants, Mahana towers truly delivered an exceptional experience and our residential owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to return!

Stunning Sunset and Rainbow Views

The photos don't lie: you will hear the surf and see the whales (in season) from the lanai. The sun sets between 2 islands, Lanai and Molokai, right in front of you. The unit is clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The pool is small but ocean beaches right next door as is the beach walk. Highly recommend if you want a condo a bit away from the Kaanapali craziness.

Great place for a couple to stay!

Ocean view just doesn't get old. Sitting on the patio is fantastic every morning. Sunsets are amazing. My wife was sleeping while I went into the living area and quietly played my guitar. No issues with the place at all. It was clean, great place to make meals, bathroom was all very functional. If I had any questions, Sandy was right on it immediately with an answer. We'll definitely be staying here again if it's available.

Everything was perfect!

This property is simply amazing! From the unit itself, location and communication with Sandy, there is nothing more we could have wanted for our stay in Maui. From the moment we walked in and saw the ocean through the floor to ceiling glass windows in the unit, we loved our days in paradise. The only thing we could have wanted was a longer stay! While we ate out most of the time, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The furniture is extremely well kept and is very comfortable. Our favourite moments were having cocktails on the lanai, and watching the whales and the sunsets. Its a long trip coming from Canada, but we will do everything we can to return in the future, and hope that we can stay again in this beautiful condo! Mahalo Sandy!

Great 10th floor perch for watching the waves and star-gazing

We loved this place! We spent several days here and the day always began with breakfast and a good book on the lanai, watching the Pacific waves roll in. Our 10th floor perch gave us a beautiful perspective of the ocean panorama up and down Kaanapali beach. People walking the beach directly below and surfers and boats out on the water entertained us. The evening sun set in the distance lit up our later afternoons and evenings. The spacious bedroom features a floor-to-ceiling picture window and screen that forms the back wall of the lanai … what a great way to go to sleep with the sound of Pacific waves, then throw open the shades to welcome the day. The kitchen had everything you’d need and even some pleasant surprises as previous renters had apparently left some supplies behind for the next guest. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie board were there for borrowing (though I think the umbrella was missing the gizmo that screws into the ground, making it difficult to keep upright on a windy beach). The unit was nicely decorated and squeeky-clean. We liked it so much we booked it again to come back this winter for whale-watching from the lanai.

Fantastic Condo in Paradise!

Had a wonderful five-night stay. The views of Moloka‘i and L:anai from this 10th floor condo simply cannot be beat, especially at sunset. The condo is the perfect size for a couple. If you have one or two young children, you should be fine. Teens would be OK as well, but you may find things a bit crowded with just one bathroom (the shower and toilet are separate from the sink/vanity space). The kitchen is well-equipped with a great large fridge, stove and microwave, along with a coffee maker (we had to purchase coffee filters, but we left 95 of them for future guests). There is also a small stacked washer/dryer combo which came in handy a couple of times. The TV has numerous channels to watch, but you really won't need it since you should be out and about enjoying the beach. And the lanai is great as well with the only complaint -- albeit very minor -- was that the furniture was different than what is shown in the photos. We didn't take advantage of some of the Mahana's amenities, but the pool and hot tub were great, especially at night. While the "beach" directly in front of the condo isn't really a place to set up, all you have do to is walk about a hundred yards to the north of the Mahana to a decent beach. And if you set up directly in front of the adjacent complex, there is a nice little general store to go grab drinks/sandwichces. All in all, this condo is fantastic. You won't be disappointed!

I have been working with the new owners of this unit since March 2022. I like working with the new owners of this unit because they are committed to providing an attractive, comfortable vacation home and they want you to have a 5 star experience.
I personally love the Mahana at Kaanapali and I am sure you will too.

Why they chose this property

I love this location because it is right on the ocean, it is a very quiet property yet it is close to shopping, restaurants and activities. The grounds are meticulously kept, and the building has been beautifully updated. There is a great walking trail that starts here and goes for miles towards Lahaina.

What makes this property unique

I love the sunsets on the lanai and the fact that you can walk right out onto the beach at the front of the property. The BBQ areas are great, you can have a sunset dinner without going out.
