You will have on the ground floor a living room-kitchen and its lounge area, flat screen TV & DVD player, shower room, wc. Upstairs in the mezzanine of 22m² on the ground with 1 bed 140x200 and 1 bed 90x200. Beautiful private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue & view of the meadows & the edge of the forest. Central heating wood pellets, healthy and quality materials, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, m.ondes, hood...) Parking. Nearby many outdoor activities including: Alpine & Nordic skiing, hiking, trail running, swimming pool, Pump Track, tree climbing, wellness area. Shops, restaurants in St Pierre de Chartreuse & St Laurent du Pont. Near the church of Arcabas and the Monastery of the Grande Chartreuse. Possibility of 1 additional child on request (paid service €50 from 10 years old). Electric vehicle package for 15 euros per week on domestic socket.
