Villa Mandarinas is a Luxe private island experience, set inside a spectacular oceanfront Estate, along Puerto Vallarta’s spectacular South Shore. The sprawling estate includes the main Villa with 8 Bedrooms with option to add 7 additional rooms, $420 nightly for each additional room in high season, $360 nightly for each room in low season, 2 infinity pools & a
man-made tidal pool & a private Pier at the ocean terrace. The Main Villa offers the best of indoor/outdoor living with both an indoor living & dining or dine al fresco under the soaring Palapa poolside, plus the open-air games lounge. 6 bedrooms overlook the 2nd pool & open-air living space in a more tranquil zone perfect for reading, enjoying a siesta, or just relax & enjoy the view.

The property is the unique vision of acclaimed architect Alberto Alvarez, featured in Architectural Digest, the lines are contemporary juxtaposed with vivid tropical colors and infused with organic details. The final decor showcases the best of Mexico's creative heritage with handcrafted textiles, handblown glass all planned to frame breathtaking ocean views from every room.

The Villa Mandarinas Estate is a world onto itself with a full staff including a private chef, bartender, waiters, housekeepers, night watchman & villa manager/concierge. With a climate perfect for outdoor living at its best, the villa offers everything from open-air dining, living, a private pier and a cozy fire pit for star gazing after the sunsets. The villa is thoughtfully planned to include all the luxury amenities for a perfect getaway.
Please note 3 meals per day are customized directly to your preferences. The cost for food is not included & is sourced through an outside agency. Estimated cost per person, per day $40.00 - $55.00 USD & will be arranged after booking is complete.
