About this property

Hottub~10 Mins Downtown Gatlinburg~National Park

Tucked away just a few minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains, you'll find our 1 bedroom, Beary Cuddly Cabin. Located in the quaint Morning Mist area, you will have the options to enjoy everything The Smokies have to offer. Gatlinburg's world renowned attractions, the most visited National Park in America and the unique Arts and Crafts Community (over 100 artisans) will be just a short drive or trolley ride away.

Our single level, tastefully decorated cabin is a perfect getaway for a couple looking for a romantic escape. Unwind outside in the hottub, or in the large jetted bathtub after a long day of hiking. The bedroom features a king size bed and a TV with Roku available. The living room TV is also setup with Roku (no cable).

Guests will be provided with an access code prior to arrival. Paved parking area for 1 vehicle. Trailers, campers, or other pull behind are not permitted in the neighborhood.

The cabin is located in a small residential area, with other cabins/houses nearby. The area is typically quiet, with very little traffic or noise, allowing our guests to enjoy the peacefulness of nature around them, yet still be close to many attractions and the National Park.

A personal vehicle is necessary. There is a trolley stop located nearby, at the Morning Mist Village (roughly 1/4 mile away), but it is seasonal and typically only runs from 10am-5pm. The main trolley hub is located a short distance from the cabin, where you can park for free and ride the trolley to your chosen destination. More information regarding trolley routes, rates, etc, can be found online at www.gatlinburgtrolley.org.
Taxi service (Driverz Taxi) and Uber are also available in the area.

Nice Little Cabin At a Great Location
Overall I would say this is a five-star experience for a couple seeking a small getaway at a great location off the East Parkway in Gatlinburg. Everything is as advertised and the pics are accurate. The only things close to a "criticism" I have are these - first that the TV situation in the cabin is not good. They rely on a Guest version of Roku TV that is supposed to be "live," but most of the programming is reruns of old shows. None of the major channels are live, including ESPN. Thankfully I have an ESPN account, so I was able to watch games live (during bowl season), but the TV situation is not what one would expect for a few hundred dollars a night. They really need to invest in cable or something else more suitable for a rental property such as this. Also, the owner was not incredibly responsive or overly nice, though I would describe the communication as sufficient. BUT overall, I would say this place is a good value and I would book again.

Cute, cozy little getaway.
Our stay was fantastic. Michael communicated with us before, during, and after the trip. They provided suggestions on what to do which were fantastic! We were able to see 2 black bears on our trip. The place itself was cute, and cozy. Would definitely recommend!
