From December to March you will experience the greatest snow fun in Wintersport Arena Sauerland.
There are 8 snow-sure ski areas (with 150 lifts, 300 hectares of slopes, 500 km of trails, 400 snow machines, 74 ski lifts, 96 ski runs, 9 toboggan lifts and 40 toboggan runs, 60 ski huts, discotheques, bars and cafés).

Hiking trails, cycling routes, ski runs, toboggan runs, bike park, Kappe experience mountain, Kahler Aste and all other great impressions or relaxing activities are available.

Accommodation
The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen, a large living and dining room and a large sunny patio. An ideal place for your holiday! The apartment is suitable for 4 to 6 guests. The living and dining room is adjacent to the balcony (30 m2).

In the living room, you'll find a flat-screen TV with Dutch and German channels, stereo equipment, surround system and WiFi. The cosy seating area with large dining table offers you all the comforts you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, an oven, dishwasher, fridge with large ice box, coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The master bedroom has a double bed and extra pull-up bed (suitable for 2 persons). In the second bedroom, there is a large double bed, with a cot and high chair. In the bathroom, you'll find a bath with shower, toilet and washbasin. The apartment has a storage box where you can easily store your bikes and skis. There is parking in front of the accommodation.

The complex is situated in a quiet side street in the centre of Winterberg.

Surrounding area
From the apartment, you have an amazing view of Winterberg and the ski slopes. The hiking trails start right outside the front door and the ski slopes are 2 km away (by car or bus).

Whether for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, bobsledding, paragliding, waves, Nordic walking, the silence of a walk or relaxation in the Wellness. In Winterberg you will find a perfect combination of movement, fun and adventure.

There has also been thought of the inner man. There are cozy cabins and pubs where many people experience a cozy Après sport (including Après ski). In the center there is plenty of choice to enjoy local and international cuisine.

The Sauerland is also known as the land of the "thousand mountains" thanks to its high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, winding roads, rolling meadows, vast forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, diverse nature reserves in Germany. Walking is possible on every level of difficulty and condition thanks to the extensive hiking network of hundreds of kilometers, through the varied nature with beautiful views. The town of Winterberg with about 4500 inhabitants is best known for the unprecedented winter sports opportunities so close to the Dutch border. But throughout the year there is much more to experience such as: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golfing or mini golf. The area has a wide variety of culture, architecture and historical monuments. Various nature parks and wildlife parks are also waiting for you to be discovered. There are many opportunities for children in the area. There is the Peter Pan amusement park Nimmerland, the Mäuseweg with all kinds of discoveries in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For the larger children there are a climbing trail, a summer toboggan run and a bungee. When the weather is less nice, you can visit one of the swimming pools in the area, with slides and lots of water fun.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
