Just perfect

I am not the luckiest fisher in the luckiest fishing village, but I am the luckiest vacationer to have such a wonderful vrbo on the bay, it was amazing. We had an awesome time and loved hanging out on the second floor in the open kitchen/living/dining room area.

A Great Trip - Place Needs Some Cleaning & Maintenance

We loved our stay in Destin (our second time) and we loved being on the canal. This house is great for a group because adults can hang out on the main floor/balcony while kids sleep on the top floor or downstairs. The king beds were excellent and super comfortable! We booked this place after having many positive 5.0 VRBO stays and reading the other reviews for the place (which leads me to think perhaps the people before us may have really trashed the place?) As we discussed the rating we felt the need to address a few negatives - it’s wasn’t awful, nothing that derailed our good time and if cleanliness & maintenance of the following were addressed it would be excellent: -The place was quite dirty when we got there. Hair in & on the bedding, trash under beds & trash on the decks. The place was dirty & dusty when we got there. -The dishwasher didn’t work - mashed potatoes still on a plate after we ran the dishwasher 2 times. We didn’t say anything at the time & didn’t think it was a very big deal to wash dishes by hand, but every time we went to grab a dish from the cupboards they had food on them. Quite disgusting. When we left I let them know about dishwasher so hopefully no problem for future guests! - Very soft/loose board on deck stairs, doorknobs coming off doors, pedestal sink in half bath was really wobbly (maybe not secured as it should be?) Nothing major, just not quite as luxurious as it seemed in print. Overall good place - could be great w/ cleaning & maintenance.

Girls Weekend Escape

This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. The condo was beautifully decorated with a large accommodating balcony. The location was perfect with easy access to beaches and restaurants.

Girls’ Trip

Check in was easy and the property was amazing! We even saw dolphins from the deck one morning. Cherry on top of our wonderful stay!
