The newly renovated house is located on a quiet side street, almost directly on the ski slopes, hiking trails, bike park, and much more. The house has a ski room including a drying unit for ski boots. A bicycle garage is still in the making. Within walking distance of the city center and just a short distance to the bike park, ski carousel, and the bobsled track.

Accommodation
Our beautiful, new, bright apartment provides the perfect setting for a well-deserved holiday. The comfortably furnished living room opens onto a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, ideal for relaxation. A flat-screen TV is available in the living room and bedroom for entertainment.

The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the "Emma" dishwasher will handle the cleanup while you enjoy time with family or friends. The first bedroom features a large double bed and a second flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom includes a spacious bunk bed.

The bathroom is elegantly designed with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Your vehicle will be conveniently parked in the on-site parking lot. Additionally, you will receive a Sauerland Card upon arrival, allowing you to travel for free by train and bus.

Just a 20-minute walk from the heart of Winterberg, you'll have easy access to a variety of local attractions. The Skikarussell Winterberg, renowned for its excellent skiing opportunities, is only a few minutes away on foot. Additionally, the Erlebnispark, offering fun and excitement for all ages, and the Bikepark, perfect for cycling enthusiasts, are also within a short walking distance. This prime location allows you to enjoy both the serenity of a quiet stay and the vibrant activities nearby.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage. If no charges are made, the SEPA form automatically expires.The rental price includes energy costs.Free access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna (sauna use costs €2.00 per session).Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.A crib or high chair is available on request.Young groups and parties are not allowed.
