From December to March you will experience the greatest snow fun in Wintersport Arena Sauerland.
There are 8 snow-sure ski areas (with 150 lifts, 300 hectares of slopes, 500 km of trails, 400 snow machines, 74 ski lifts, 96 ski runs, 9 toboggan lifts and 40 toboggan runs, 60 ski huts, discotheques, bars and cafés).

Are you coming for a weekend, midweek, week or longer? There is something new to discover every day.

Hiking trails, cycling routes, ski runs, toboggan runs, bike park, Kappe experience mountain, Kahler Aste and all other great impressions or relaxing activities are available.

Accommodation
A beautiful, new, bright and welcoming apartment offers the optimal environment for your well deserved holiday. It offers a cozy living room with access to the balcony with garden furniture. A flat screen is available. In the high-quality fitted kitchen you will find everything you need. In 1 bedroom there is a king-size bed and a 2nd flat screen. The 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed with access to the balcony. The bathroom is decorated tastefully with a shower, toilet and sink.

The newly renovated house 'Villa Winterberg' is located in a quiet side street almost directly on the ski slopes, hiking trails, bike park and much more. The house has a ski room including drying unit for ski boots. A bicycle garage is still in the making. Within walking distance of the city center and just a short distance to the bike park, ski carousel and the bobsled track.

Action and peace go hand in hand in Hochsauerland and let everyone enjoy it to the fullest. Whether for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, bobsledding, paragliding, waves, Nordic walking, the silence of a walk or relaxation in the Wellness. In Winterberg you will find a perfect combination of movement, fun and adventure.

Through years of experience this area has a high level of facilities and is child-friendly. Families, adventurers, hikers, winter sports enthusiasts and peace seekers, you will find them all in 'Holiday world' Winterberg.

There has also been thought of the inner man. There are cozy cabins and pubs where many people experience a cozy Après sport (including Après ski). In the center there is plenty of choice to enjoy local and international cuisine.

The Sauerland is also known as the land of the "thousand mountains" thanks to its high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, winding roads, rolling meadows, vast forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, diverse nature reserves in Germany. Walking is possible on every level of difficulty and condition thanks to the extensive hiking network of hundreds of kilometers, through the varied nature with beautiful views. The town of Winterberg with about 4500 inhabitants is best known for the unprecedented winter sports opportunities so close to the Dutch border. But throughout the year there is much more to experience such as: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golfing or mini golf. The area has a wide variety of culture, architecture and historical monuments. Various nature parks and wildlife parks are also waiting for you to be discovered. There are many opportunities for children in the area. There is the Peter Pan amusement park Nimmerland, the Mäuseweg with all kinds of discoveries in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For the larger children there are a climbing trail, a summer toboggan run and a bungee. When the weather is less nice, you can visit one of the swimming pools in the area, with slides and lots of water fun.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
