The location and view is amazing, however, the apartment is very hot. The fan by the couch didn’t work and A/C doesn’t get very cold making it uncomfortable at night and when not in the bedroom. Otherwise property is nice, clean and gate staff is kind and helpful.

Terrible decision

No TV. No wifi. Unable to access hot water. Very dated furniture. The stove was extremely old and did not look clean I would never use it. Only stayed one night and they refused to give me any money back.

Property building was undergoing repairs however this wasn’t communicated to me. No smoke detector or carbon monoxide monitor in apartment. Fans & AC were filthy, hadn’t been cleaned or serviced in long while. Cobwebs in corners that were easy to reach but not cleaned. Not to mention the front windows covered in dirt. Some of furniture was dusty. I had to call Property Manager/Liaison to get place cleaned which took a couple of hours to be done. Towel laundering not the best as I found a hair in bath towel. Shower needs a good scouring. Balcony door needs a proper lock. I didn’t use the kitchen appliances. All of these are fixable. I was disappointed in the apt but the overall property complex seems nice. Security guards & Nia were good. I’m waiting to see if I’ll get a refund for the inconvenience.
