This amazing home will be completed by mid April 2022. Once completed it will be a one of kind luxury rental outfitted with the finest materials from marble floors to luxury furnishings. The first floor presents a 3 bedrooms all ensuite. There is a King bedroom master suite with private bath, an additional King bedroom with bath, and a room with a set of bunk beds that are double/full beds and private bathroom. This level also has a Family den with huge smart TV, games, and wet bar with ice maker. There is a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, and sink here so beverages will be an easy distance from the pool. The pool area which resides just outside of the family room also has a beautiful cabana for preparing outdoor meals and beverages. The pool has a sun shelf so the kiddies can splash and play without going into the deeper water and you can lounge partially in the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture for all guests to have a spot in the sun or in the shade! On the main level of this glorious house, you find the gourmet kitchen and island that the finest chefs would be envious of. There are 2 more bedrooms; one with queen bed and private bath and another with a King bed and private bath. And finally, on the third level is the grand Master Suite with private bathroom and sitting area which would be perfect for those that want to check in with work or jump on a zoom call. Throughout the house there are 6 decks, some shady and some in full sun. NEW FOR 2023-Outdoor cabana fully tiled with an ice maker and kitchenette as well as a TV so guests can watch from the pool area!
