Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more, and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.

Panama City Beach

We came for a music festival at the beach and this was a perfect location. The only negative would be the view from the balcony, but we were not there for the view. The unit was cute, clean and had everything we needed. As an added surprise, towels were folded in cute shapes.
Folded towel swans greeted us on the bed.💗

Easy and convenient

Easy check in and parking. Cute and clean studio. Perfect for a quick getaway. We were able to park our car and not drive for the next 5 days. Loved it!

We were very pleased! Such a beautiful condo. This passed our expectations! So much thought into everything. Extra pots and pans, utensils, drink ware, forgot toiletries? They have you covered. This place is very cozy. The location, property manager, cleanliness, etc.. was top tier. I recommend this gorgeous place to anyone. My significant other and I really enjoyed our time. We WILL be coming back. Thank you, Nick and Yuliya! We appreciate you!

It was not what we expected, we could not find a place to park the car, we had to go around 10 times to be able to park, the beach was green, we could not enjoy the beach, the pool was very small for the number of people there, the truth is that we tried to do your best to be able to enjoy the holidays. We had to look for other places to have a good time. The room was very cold and there was no way to control the temperature we had very cold nights!

Wonderful Beach Vaca

Wow! What's a wonderful little spot! My family of 4 had such a great time at Yuliya's condo! Beautiful decor, clean and spacious unit! The Fireplace at the Beach property?! Just WOW!!! It feels so homely... It was nice to have our little quiet nest after crazy day at the beach! The location couldn't be better! Right across the street from the beach and restaurants. Literally, just 1-2 minutes of walk! Plus walking distance to the most attractions. Heated pool and hot tub are BIG plus!!! We liked marketplace on the ground floor! Such a great bonus for the Resort! And yes, they are serving a Starbucks, lol :) The owner was top notch! She answered my questions right away! Honestly, I can go on and on! If you still thinking about renting this condo, STOP THINKING and GO FOR IT! Thank you again, Yuliya! Our family made such a great memories!

This is my second time booking with Yuliya and I have had great experiences both times. She has clean and comfortable rooms. She makes everything very easy and accommodating. I have no complaints. I will continue to book with her year after year! She is very responsive and checks in to make sure you have all you need! It’s in a great location with sharkys and other places being walking distance. Parking is never an issue here. The staff is always nice. We love it! Thank you for everything!

Amazing Place

I enjoyed the stay as I spent a weekend deep sea fishing. The host made this so simple with great communication, great price and so convenient to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. I would highly recommend this host and places to stay while here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Wonderful stay!!

This property was perfect for my son and myself. The heated pool and hot tub were definitely a plus. The location was very clean and we had everything we needed. The owners definitely go above and beyond for their clients!

Super nice & conveniently located

This was so convenient to places to eat and shop. We rented a golf cart (which Is two doors down) and drove that a few days but also everything was in walking distance. The beach unfortunately had double red flags due to weather but the pool definitely didn’t disappoint.
