Main Street is the place to be! Historic home built in 1915 features original wood floors, doors, and woodwork, yet with everything else fresh and modern for comfort and pleasure. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry, and the best porch in town! Walk to wine tasting, dining, shops or sit and rock as the lazy afternoon rolls by. Bring home your wine tasting treasures and relax and sip. Interior comfort is featured, as well, with all new appliances and furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, creating comfortable overnight occupancy for six guests. Enjoy the stunning enlarged photos of a local historic ranch. Newly fenced side yard for privacy, outdoor dining and BBQ. Or walk across the street for a Grassfed burger and more! Explore the town of Templeton, wine country of the Central Coast, and end your day on your own front porch! County Permit # 6010528

***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Cozy Templeton
It was a nice stay in Templeton. The location is ideal if you want to take stroll in this beautiful little town. Restaurants and shops are close by. It was a cozy place for us to stay at with our pups.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple to attend a party at Caelesta Winery. The house didn’t look like much from the outside but the interior was completely updated. It was perfect for our needs and very close to Caelesta. There are many great places to eat within walking distance. The farmers market on Saturday was two blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there visit my parents who live in Paso Robles. My dad just celebrated hi 98th birthday. It was a perfect place come back to after a morning visit or meal out with them.
