Unser Landhaus liegt in einer Sackgasse nur 250m zum Waldrand und 500m zur Ortsmitte mit seinem Glasdorf Weinfurtner, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedenen Restaurants entfernt. Mit einem Besuch in unserem hauseigenen Hallenbad bei 30° warmen Wasser, oder der Sauna lässt sich Ihr Urlaubstag wundervoll abrunden. Die Benutzung des Hallenbades und der Sauna ist inklusive. Der große Garten mit Liegewiese und schönen Sitzgelegenheiten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auf Wunsch Brötchenservice, Frühstück oder Halbpension in unserem gemütlichen Kaminzimmer mit Zellertalblick möglich. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit einem Wohn-Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, Sitzecke, Essecke und TV, einem separaten Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche / WC und Fön ausgestattet. Vom Wohn-Schlafraum gehen Sie auf den überdachten Süd-West Balkon mit Blick ins schöne Zellertal. Endreinigung, Parkplatz und WLAN sind im Preis inbegriffen.
