Die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (45qm) für 1 bis 3 Personen ist im Erdgeschoss mit südlicher Lage. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Bad mit Dusche/WC und einer Wohnküche mit Essecke. Die Küche ist unter anderem ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Mikrowelle. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Für Ihr Auto stellen wir einen überdachten Stellplatz im Carport zur Verfügung. Eine Besonderheit auf unserem Hof ist der Hofladen mit hausgemachter Marmelade, eigenem Honig und verschiedenen Holzofenbroten. Gerne können Sie an unserem reichhaltigen Frühstück teilnehmen oder unseren Brötchenservice in Anspruch nehmen. Lassen Sie sich abhängen vom Großstadtlärm und Arbeitsstress. Schnüren Sie Ihr Gesundheitspackerl vor Ort selber mit den wohltuenden, gesundheitsfördernden Angeboten der Rottal Terme, und tanken Sie Energie aus der Natur bei uns.

Wohnung hat übelst gerochen,sind nicht in diese Wohnung eingezogen.Der Vermieter hat uns eine Dachgeschoßwohnung als Lösung angeboten.Haben es aber nur eine Nacht wegen der großen Hitze ausgehalten.Am anderen Tag sind wir nach Bezahlung von 90% abgereist.Es wäre angebracht das Exposee auf den aktuellen neuesten Stand bringen.

tolle Ferienwohnung

In Labüchl 2 haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Sehr nette Vermieter und die Ruhe war ein Traum.
