Maison Sarava – Charming apartment with balconies and spacious rooms

Welcome to Maison Sarava – Gîte Les Balcons, a large apartment of character located on the ground floor of a large charming house in the heart of Espira-de-l'Agly. You will be seduced by its generous volumes, its very high ceilings and the preserved charm of the building. The heart of the accommodation is a huge air-conditioned, bright and friendly living room, which opens onto a terrace with a view of the inner courtyard. A large fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare and share your meals independently. The cottage welcomes up to 4 travellers and has two large bedrooms. The first, located in a separate space accessible via a common staircase, has two beds that can be joined according to your needs and benefits from pretty balconies with large windows. The second is part of another space, and offers a large king size bed and beautiful volumes. You also have a large bathroom with bathtub and bidet as well as separate toilets. Maison Sarava is a historic residence whose original configuration we wanted to preserve. Thus, the second bedroom, the bathroom and the toilet are separated from the living room/kitchen area and accessible by a few metres from the common corridor on the ground floor. This layout creates two distinct spaces and also brings more privacy when travelling with family or friends. Access to the cottage is through the main entrance and the common staircase of the house. Another independent cottage is on the ground floor and the owners' accommodation on the second floor. A spacious and singular place, ideal to enjoy the Catalan sweetness of life and discover the Agly valley, the vineyards, the surrounding villages, Perpignan and the landscapes between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees.
