This is how we spend our days at the shore. Relaxation & Simple Pleasures: Sunbathe (reapply sunscreen), read, listen to waves, feel the breeze, nap, meditate, people-watch, collect shells/sea glass, build sandcastles.
Observations & Nature: Watch the ocean (colors, waves, boats), wildlife (seagulls, sandpipers, terns, osprey, pelicans, dolphins, crabs), admire protected dunes, appreciate changing light (sunrises/sunsets).
Activities (Active): Walk/jog, swim (lifeguard-protected areas), surf/boogie board, fly a kite.
