Amazing beachfront location
We spent almost a week here in a penthouse unit in Punta Mita I and we had such a wonderful time! The oceanfront location is unreal. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony or on the rooftop terrace, listening to the waves and watching the birds dive for fish. You can slide open all of the glass doors leading to the balcony so it's almost like there isn't a wall there! Popping down to the pool/beach is just a short elevator ride. It's a quick 10 minute walk on the beach or street to town, with all of its amazing restaurants. It's a very friendly neighborhood and Teresa's Tacos is just around the corner. (Make sure to get her flan!) We were traveling with our two adult sons and appreciated having the master bedroom upstairs, with a little more privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including spices, oil, etc. There's also a freestanding drinking water dispenser. Diana, the property manager. was there to meet us right on time and had a lot of great information on restaurants and activities. The owner was also very responsive to emails.
