Home has high tech "smart home" capabilities with the ability to voice control lights, thermostat, TV and speakers throughout the house. Close proximity to bay beaches, East Hampton Village and Amagansett.

Baby Amenities Available! Families with infants: leave the pack and play at home - should you need it, we can stock the home with all the baby essentials - mini crib, changing table, high chair, booster seat, etc. Baby amenities available for nominal fee.

*Please note* - we are new owners and still in the interior design and furnishing process so pictures reflect that but you can expect the house to be fully decorated by Summer!
