Apartment with kitchen in a quiet location 100m from the sea

We offer you a modern apartment in a new building (2018) for first occupancy from 06/01/2018. The property is located only 100 meters from a beautiful and wide sandy beach and is in a quiet location. The city center can be reached in 500 meters. We offer you a free parking space on our closed but not guarded property. A cot for toddlers can be requested free of charge. Our property is still under construction and will soon be available to you, so only project pictures of the interior are currently visible. We ask for your understanding.

Die Lage des Objekts ist ca. 400 m vom feinsandigen Strand und einem kleinen Geschäft entfernt.

Es handelt sich um ein modernes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Appartment in einem neu erbauten Appartmenthaus. Es sind jedoch nicht zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, sondern ein kleines Schlafzimmer und eine Doppelbettchouch in einem Wohn-/Eßzimmer mit Kochecke. Uns fehlte ein Toaster, ein Backofen oder eine Mikrowelle und eine normale Kaffeemaschine wäre uns auch lieber gewesen als der vorhandene Kaffeeautomat. Wir haben uns aber recht wohlgefühlt.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Das Objekt ist genau so schön wie auf der Internetseite gezeigt,sehr sauber und gepflegt! Es gibt eine kleine Kochecke im Apartment, in der Speisen zubereitet werden können,sowie eine schöne kleine Terasse,oder Balkon. Auch für die kleinen gibt es einen Spielplatz. Es waren viele Familien mit Kindern da was uns gut gefiel,da wir mit unserer kleinen Tochter angereist waren. In den kleinen Einkaufsstrassen ist für die Versorgung gesorgt. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m. In der Unterkunft sind W - LAN und deutsches Kabelfernsehen,sowie eine Kaffeemaschiene vorhanden. Zum Brötchen holen mussten wir nur ein Stück laufen,dort befindet sich ein kleiner Laden. Ein großes Dankeschön noch mal an den Vermieter! Da unserer Tochter leider krank geworden ist mussten wir früher abreisen,aber er bot uns gleich an zusammen zu einem Arzt zu fahren!! Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Empfehlenswert.

Saubere modern eingerichtete Zimmer, mit bequemen Schlafsofa und Doppelbett. Außerhalb vom Ortszentrum gelegen. Kleiner Laden mit frischen Brötchen um die Ecke, Ostsee in unmittelbarer Nähe. Etwas vermisst haben wir eine Kaffemaschine und deutschprachige TV Programme. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sprachen sehr gut deutsch.
