We fell in love with this area because it offers a rare combination of historical soul and modern convenience. Located in the lush Southwest Atlanta corridor, our street feels like a quiet retreat, yet we are just minutes from the city's biggest attractions.
We chose this specific pocket because it’s known for its deep sense of community and stunning green spaces. It’s a neighborhood where neighbors know each other by name, the tree canopy is dense and beautiful, and you can get to the airport or the stadium in less time than it takes to finish a cup of coffee.
The Neighborhood Scene
The scene here is authentic Atlanta. You’ll find a vibrant mix of historic charm and "new South" energy.
The Great Outdoors: We are less than 5 minutes from Cascade Springs Nature Preserve. It’s our favorite local "hidden gem"—it features a waterfall, hiking trails, and artesian springs right in the middle of the city.
The Food & Vibe: The nearby Cascade Road corridor is a food lover's dream. You can grab world-class soul food at The Beautiful, upscale brunch at Oreatha’s At The Point, or a great local brew at the nearby Lee + White development (which is right on the Westside BeltLine).
Cultural History: This area has been home to Atlanta icons like Hank Aaron and Shirley Franklin. You can feel that heritage in the well-kept yards and the quiet, respectful atmosphere.
What we enjoy most is the "10-minute rule." Whether we want to be at a Falcons game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, catching a flight at Hartsfield-Jackson, or walking the BeltLine, we are never more than 10–12 minutes away. It is truly the ultimate home base for exploring everything Atlanta has to offer.
