Located on Charlotte St, this home is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, pubs, and night life. It is also just 70 steps to the beach. Enter this classic home from the front porch and step into the living area. Oversized furniture, mounted tv, and beach décor make this room comfy and cozy for hanging out. Directly off of the living area is the dining room connected to the kitchen. The kitchen has been renovated and features high end countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island that seats 4. To round out the 1st floor of this home is a bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom, mud room, wet bar, and laundry room. Head up stairs and find bedrooms 2-5. Bedroom 2 offers 3 twin beds and a bunk bed with 2 twins. This room also offers a Smart TV and En suite Bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. Bedroom 4 offers a king bed and easy access to the hall bath. Bedroom 5 is the master bedroom and offers a king bed and en suite bathroom. The exterior of the property has a large front porch that has plenty of room to take in the ocean breezes. Perfect Girls Weekend

Location was perfect. Plenty of room to park. House was nicely updated. Coffee bar was a hit and extra fridge was awesome. Already planning a return trip!

Beautiful Interior Decor and Awesome Location

The house is so cute on the inside. It is in a great location only a few houses down from the beach, and only a few streets over from all the restaurants!

FUN WEEK AT THE BEACH

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: lovely older home updated but needs some TLC on the exterior. kitchen was great needed a little deep cleaning and don't have a refrigerator that appears to work but doesn't. disappointed in beds for paying such a markup for the week of fourth. I would of rather had box springs than all the TV's. The common area was awesome.
