11 acres located in rural northern Missouri. Six small bedrooms with TV in each. Large bunkroom upstairs...perfect for kids to share with large TV and Playstation. Large open living room and kitchen area for gathering! Pool / pingpong table. Laundry. Garage area with TV and extra fridge. Fire pit for cooking hotdogs, s'mores and hanging out under the stars. Pond closest to house fully stocked and ready for kids to start their fishing career! Basic fishing and outdoor equipment provided!

Graduation stay

We had 11 family members stay for a graduation in Kirksville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well outfitted. The host communicated very well with us and answered any questions quickly. We would stay again.

Trip to see Family

Our stay was fabulous at this property. The host was always quick to respond, kind, and courteous. Our 2 labs were welcomed at the property also which is a necessity for us as they travel everywhere with us. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Would defintely stay here again! Thank you so much!!

PERFECT!!!

This home is a gem! It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! It was clean, stocked, and many different things to do! Games, pool, ping pong, fishing,...the list goes on! So much dpace and the host is so friendly and welcoming! Our favorite place we have stayed! Already planning a trip back when its warmer!
