Welcome to Hideaway on the River! We are proud to be able to share our beautiful home with you. Our home is a spacious open concept home which boasts breathtaking views overlooking the Ohio River located in beautiful Prospect, KY. Experience Kentucky in the beautiful of all its four seasons. The home boasts a private dock, covered decks, Coffee Bar, wet bar, pool table, Wifi6 500+Mbps high speed internet (including up to the dock for those who work remotely but want to enjoy life on the river), fire pit, 4K TVs throughout!

Wake up to the magnificent views, the sounds and the breeze while sipping your coffee and enjoying the views of the Ohio river.

Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, water gear.

Relax while taking in the best sunset view with two decks and a private dock. Sit with family and friends around the fire pit making S'mores, enjoying good conversation and creating memories.

Channel your inner Pirate!! Children (and adults) will love the Pirate Ship bed located on the second floor as well as the tabletop arcade! Escape to the loft overlooking the pool table.

Hideaway dream

The host was very cordial and accessible. House was very beautiful and laid out perfectly. We had the best time would definitely stay again.

View was the best part

The best part of this rental was the peacefulness of being right on the Ohio River. The house itself isn’t as dialed-in as we like. The kitchen wasn’t equipped for cooking meals, needs pots and pans, etc,..although there were plenty of dishes to serve food on. It was very uncomfortable for 4 of us to sit and watch TV. The pool table on the 2nd level should be on the main floor and the family TV viewing area should be on the 2nd level. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. It’s country living close to the city!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Amazing view, had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the sun set over the other side of the river every night! Would recommend!

Family Getaway

We had a great time at Hideaway on the River. Starting our day sipping coffee and taking in the beautiful view of the river from the patio was perfect. The house is large which gave us plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable, so we had no problem sleeping after our site-seeing activities each day.

Welcome to our Hideaway On The River. We created this space envisioning a place where you can relax and create memories with family and friends. Our home has amazing views of the Ohio River. It is located on a quiet residential neighborhood. This is where we come to relax and enjoy the views of the river. Our kids enjoy playing pirate and let their imaginations run while we enjoy watching the majestic barges float by on the river. Adults enjoy the pool table, wet bar and 4K TVs throughout. We put love in creating this space and enjoy being able to share with others so that they can create memories here as well. We hope that you will love this space as much as we do!

We purchased this home as our vacation home on the water to enjoy a nice getaway with our family! A place to relax and enjoy! On the second floor we have a pirate ship trundle bed which kids and adults will love. There is just something about Pirates that kids and adults love. Shiver me Timbers! We look forward to sharing this magical space with you!
