This beautiful new remoded, has a great sun light and good vibe to the house.
Modern design to all rooms, kitchen and living room.
We offer 4 bedrooms, a covered magical patio with privacy, and a large back yard.
Premium new interior finishes including flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and upgraded fixtures throughout.
This charming back yard grass with lots of space layout and with a patio area. The community is just minutes away from great shopping center on Corbin and Vanowen.
Target, Wal-Mart, home depot, Costco is 10- 15 min. away.
The house is family friendly.
All appliances included, including washer & dryer, refrigerator, stove & oven. Includes full kitchenware and housewares. Towels and bed sheets provided for tenants upon request.
Utilities included.
Furniture additions available upon request and with an additional fee. Full deep cleaning & full sanitizing available.
No smoking allowed.
No parties.
Up to a small cat or dog, pet permitted with an additional monthly fee.

Please gather all the towels in the loundry room. Please don't leave any food in the fridge. Please put all the dishes in the dish washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The pet fee of $350 for the stay is per 1 pet / service dog.

i was in touch with you during you r stay and i have texts from you that the house is great and very comfortable. you also extended for another week. you ruined my house and didn't leave it in a good condition, you had 2 big aggressive dogs that ruined the walls and bitten the doors. i know now that you are a dog trainer, i found you online, and took advantage of me by lying and not telling the truth,and destroying the house, i had to renovate again and had $1500 in damage to my house after you left, you ignored my texts and calls, and also from Vrbo. i completely renovated the house a day before you came, fresh paint, rand new sheets and pillows. I asked you to keep the house in good condition but you did the opposite. i know who you are the Dog daddy and you should be shame on you that this is how you behave.
