We bought this property when our son started at ASU and use it frequently to visit him and all the school has to offer. We unexpectedly fell in love with all Phoenix has to offer and now return when we can for hiking and the wonderful weather escape. Each time we arrive we find another restaurant, shop, corner of the city or trail to explore and grow to love it more and more. We've enjoyed golfing and spring training as well. We hope others can use it and feel like they have a home to return to after a fun day of exploring all Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, etc. have to offer.
Why they chose this property
House has been just renovated with new appliances, pool was just put in this year, and property is comfortable and cozy. Neighborhood is quiet but lots of walkers and hikers and a small book drop at the end of the street.
