Awesome for longer stats and families with small kids. Close to Siesta Key. Beautiful outdoor area with heated pool surrounded with 20+ palm trees. Outdoor TV, master bedroom TV and kids bedroom TV (not on photos). Fully stocked kitchen. Utensils, pans, plates, bowl, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, etc. Large laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, drying rack. Choice of pillows from soft to firm. Lots of towels. Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, washer detergent provided for your convenience upon your arrival. Very close to Publix grocery store, Walmart, Dunkin, Starbucks and restaurants. Plenty of parking on the driveway, house also includes a circular driveway. Fast internet. All new furniture. You will not miss anything here. Quiet neighborhood. House is approximately 15-20 minutes away from Siesta Key and Lido beach. Beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, beach cooler, three bicycles, beach umbrella for your convenience… Let us know if there is something special you need provided before your arrival. We want your stay to be 5 STAR!

Beautiful outdoor space!

We loved the houses outdoor space. The pool was clean and perfect for our young children. We enjoyed spending the full day outside with plenty of seating and toys for the kids. There were a few things we had issues with inside the house. The linens were limited (6 bath towels for 6 people) and there were no bathmats for the bathrooms. There were nice fans in each room, but the remotes didn't work consistently and we had multiple issues with getting the lights to work. Lastly, the kitchen amenities were on the lighter side, which meant we had to get a few additional basic things for the stay (salt, olive oil, garlic powder, Saran Wrap, etc.). The location was a bit far for the beaches, but it was conveniently near the highway and lots of grocery and restaurant options. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Jack was quick to respond to questions, and tried to find solutions for anything that came up during our stay.

The BEST Experience!

My husband and I stayed with our two children (6 and 8), and my inlaws. The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and my kids spent hours playing in the pool (they chose to spend our entire last day in it)! The neighborhood was nice and convenient to grocery/drug stores. It was very close geographically to beaches and attractions, but we went on school Spring Break so traffic made every commute much longer than I think it would be any other time of year! We had to reach the owner at one point and he was responsive and timely. We’ll hopefully be back next year!

Obsessed!

This is our second year here and oh the memories we have made at this magical house! The house has all you need, the real amazing part to me is the backyard area/pool! Please book this place, but leave some space for us to come again next year!

Wonderful place!

The home was lovely and the patio area was just stunning. There are palms all around the pool cage making it feel so peaceful and tropical. Brilliant idea Jack!
