If you want to experience the unique atmosphere of a marina from your own floating home, you've come to the right place. This beautiful houseboat has a sun terrace with uninterrupted views over the lakes and with 2 bedrooms, the house is suitable for 4 people.



The house is not large, but cosy and the round windows give it a nautical feel. The houseboat has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a bunk bed, a cosy living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. When the weather is nice, you will probably spend a lot of time outdoors, on the terrace on the ground floor you can lie in the doezelnet provided for this purpose. From the large sun terrace on the upper floor you have a beautiful view over the Westeinderplassen and the marina where the floating house is located. This terrace can be reached from the outside via a staircase at the front of the house.



The house is attached to the jetty and therefore cannot be navigated. You can moor your own boats in the nearby leisure harbour. There is a boat lift that you can use for a fee. In the marina you will also find a reception, a water sports shop and a restaurant. You can hire all kinds of water sports equipment from the shop to make your stay fun, especially with children! Think of SUP boards and other fun boards. You can use them on the terraces of the yachts and in the showroom of Kempers Watersport while enjoying a cup of coffee.



The Westeinderplassen are located on the border between North and South Holland. Many sailing courses and water sports activities for young and old take place on these lakes. Within a short distance you will find large cities such as Amsterdam and Haarlem, but also smaller towns and the coast with e.g. Noordwijk and Katwijk is nearby (about 20 minutes by car).
