We are excited to let you know that the exterior painting of our stack and our unit Konea 218 has been completed!

All Carpet has been removed and replaced with Designer Luxury Planked Floors as of September 2021.

July 1st updates: Entire place has been repainted. Majority of furniture in living room, bedrooms, and entrance has been replaced. 3 Brand New Smart Samsung TVs. 3 New ceiling Fans. Majority of light fixtures have been replaced. New Art has been installed. New Dining Table, Chairs, and Barstools.

Top of the line Macy's hotel collection bed comforters. The bath is well stocked with bath and hand towels and washcloths, Each bath has a hair dryer in a basket under the sink. There's a blender in the kitchen. Extra blankets are available upon request at check-in. New LG refrigerator October 2016, new Bosch washer/dryer September 2016. Bosch stainless steel appliances, 3 flat screen TVs. Free WiFi. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

After a long day in the sun at the pool, beach and touring the island, you will love returning to this roomy condo with a lanai that feels like a yard. The soothing sounds of the waterfall and the lush greenbelt and peaceful mountain view is just what you'll need to cool off. This is the best family value at the resort!

After a long day at one of the pools or beach use the in-unit washing machine and dryer to freshen up your laundry, we include laundry pods for your stay.

The Konea Tower features Whalers General Store to purchase any of those little things you might've forgotten back home as well as a walkable grocery store right across the street. Just steps away is the Ho'ola Spa and the 24-hour fitness center, should you feel the need to break away from doing laps in the pool or running along the beach. Duke’s Beach House Restaurant is located right on the property for some great food and drinks with a view.

Please know that the 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom floorplan that comprises many of the 2 bedrooms at the resort, has furniture right in the middle of the living room. This floor plan can make it difficult to freely move around if you have a group of 5 or 6 people... THIS 1230 SQFT CONDO HAS ALL THE SPACE YOU COULD WANT FOR THE BEST RATE AT THE RESORT.
