Das einzeln stehende und 2015 erbaute Ferienhaus ist im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, in einem Wohngebiet. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück in das Tal und der ruhigen, sonnigen und abgeschiedenen Hanglage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel.

Vineyard Cottages or "Zidanice" in Slovenia are small, charming houses built among the vineyards on the picturesque hills of the Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the past, Zidanice served as wine storage where the vineyard master could receive his closest friends. The holiday home is situated on a quiet and peaceful vineyard above Otočec. It is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the Krka river valley. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
