The residence is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location. Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 96 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (wood/coal). The entrance leads over an external stair and a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:

Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Otočec, 455 m ASL. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Vineyard Cottages or “Zidanice” in Slovenia are small, charming houses built in the vineyards on the picturesque hills of the Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the past, Zidanice served as wine storage where the vineyard master could receive his closest friends. The holiday home is situated on a quiet and peaceful vineyard above Otočec. It is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the Krka river valley. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
