Victorian Mansion Newly Renovated. Sleeps 16. Two kitchens.

I would have fixed both of these issues had Susan said something when she first arrived, however the only feedback we received while she was staying the five days was an overwhelming gushing of how gorgeous the Mansion is. We now have a fan for guests in the first floor bedroom (which already stays cooler in the summer than the upper floors). The upper floor bedrooms each have an AC unit. And we have added more air mattresses and fold up futons, in addition to the roll-away beds we already had at the Mansion. Susan's party was very large and had rotating guests coming and going for her stay, so no wonder she ran out of mattresses. We would have immediately gone and brought some to the house had she said something. Oh well, I guess a perfect review score eventually has to be wrecked by someone.

Thank you so much for your kind review, Rebecca. Just want to point out to future guests that Cynthia is the host (for anyone who may be confused) and Stacy is the very excellent house manager. Stacy prepares the house for guests and meets them upon arrival. She is able to handle all questions and needs guests may have during their stay.
