WELCOME TO PARADISE!

Whether you love the beach or are more of a pool person, this 4 bedroom home features it all!

Situated in the very desirable Imperial Point section of Fort Lauderdale, this home is highlighted by a heated Pool, Tiki Hut, outdoor Bar, and minutes from TWO beaches (Lauderdale-By-the-Sea and Pompano Beach).

Major grocery stores such as Publix, Walmart Market, convenience stores, liquor store, restaurants, shopping, and gas station all walking distance from the house!

This home features 4 large bedrooms with 8 total beds ranging from Twin size to King size along with a Serta futon and sectional sofa.

Additional rooms include Cabana room, living room, dining room and Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including Keurig coffee machine and blender.

All cookware is included such as pots, pans, dishware, glassware, utensils, baking bowls, baking sheets, BBQ utensils, cutting board and sooooo much more! We even provide an ice cream scooper!

couldnt check in till 4:45pm cause cleaners were late. pee stains on the bed covers, a/c unit didnt kick on and work until 9-10pm that nighg. doors didnt latch all the way, water and ice machine didnt work on fridge. host ran her mouth and was ignorant everytime i shared a complaint. looked nothing like the pictures. everything bout this place was crap and her attitude didnt do anything but make it worse. poor host

Great house and host! Perfect for vacation

Backyard was beautiful and the wall mirrors were perfect for 15 girls getting ready! Safe and beautiful neighborhood. Nicole was a great host! Highly recommend!

Super location and host!!

If you rely on reviews you are going to want to read this! I was weary about the place due to previous reviews but Nicole reassured me that was not the case. This place is in a very nice neighborhood and the backyard features a well maintained heated pool! It is close to Pompano beach which is beautiful and a park with pickleball, basketball and kids area of all ages. Grocery stores are very close. We had 8 adults and 5 kids under 3. We ate in a lot and enjoyed the backyard. Nicole is an awesome host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I would disregard the negatives and find out for yourself this is a great vacation spot!! We stayed 9 nights 😊

Nightmare

This place was not what was advertised. I promised not to post pictures if I received a refund and the owner did comply. This place has great potential but need some serious updating and a serious deep cleaning. Our sheets and bedding was soiled. Our bed was being held up with center blocks. Not to mention the dirty walls with splashed food that had not been wiped down. The cleaning service was horrible. They tried to come back and clean but it had been neglected for so long that the house needs to be completely redone. So glad to escape the nightmare
