Eine schöne Woche im schönen Ehrwald

Es war eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche. Das Haus ist sehr schön sarniert, der Garten ist schön und der Ausblick ist super. Die Beschreibung zu dem Ferienhaus sollte angepasst werden, die Sauna hat sich nicht im Garten befunden und das wunderschöne Obergeschoss ist im Haus nur über eine kleine,steile Treppe zu erreichen, das sollte man reinschreiben. Das Obergeschoss haben wir nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns nicht gefallen hat, ist die Tatsache, dass man pro Waschgang 5 Euro bezahlen muss,das steht für uns nicht im Verhältnis und sollte ebenfalls im Angebot ergänzt werden. Der Kontakt war bei der Buchung und bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Anreise sehr freundlich.

Wunderschön gelegen, sehr freundliche Vermieter, gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist an sich die "Doppelhaushälfte eines Bauernhauses", der Nachbar war aber während der Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes nicht vor Ort und ist nach Mitteilung von Frau Somweber auch praktisch nie zuhause. Der Bereich des Nachbarn ist ziemlich ungepflegt, was man aber angesichts der tollen Lage des Hauses sehr gut und schnell übersieht. Die Renovierung des aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammenden Hauses ist mehr als geglückt, die Substanz einschließlich beispielsweise Deckenverzierungen wurde behutsam und geschmackvoll renoviert und durch modernes Equipment ergänzt und erneuert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Höhenangst sollte man aber nicht haben, denn der "Aufstieg" ins Obergeschoss erfolgt über eine steile und schmale Leiter via Öffnung in der Decke, was aber zum Gedanken des Erhalts alter Strukturen passt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, das Bad ist geräumig und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Man wohnt gewissermaßen am Ende von Ehrwald Richtung Almbahn, die durchaus auch fußläufig erreichbar ist. Man hat von der schönen Terrasse und dem daneben gelegenen tollen Gartenbereich einen sehr schönen Blick auf die unmittelbar gegenüber gelegene Sonnenspitze und links den Vorderen Tajakopf mit dem Seebenwasserfall. Im rückwärtigen Bereich des Anwesens befinden sich ein landwirtschaftlich betriebener Bereich u.a. mit Ziegen und Wiesen und Wald (mit Rotwild!), auch drei Esel grasen unterhalb des Grundstücks. Der Kontakt zur Familie Somweber ist gut und außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach Ehrwald benötigt man mit dem Auto oder Rad nur wenige Minuten, der Ort hat auch alle erforderlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für uns war der Urlaub rundum gelungen und erholsam.
